- Add plum tomatoes, stir. Add Italian seasoning, stock cube and salt to taste.
- Cover and allow to cook until the sauce is thick. Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley. Take off heat and serve hot.
- Note: Feel free to use fresh chopped tomatoes in place of the canned plum variety. You can use any variety of pasta to make this, just replace the pasta name at the recipe title. For example of you are using penne pasta, your recipe name becomes penne arrabbiata😃.
