- First Marinade the fish with given ingrediants. Set aside for about 10 mins.
- After that deep fry the fish until golden colour.
- Then add 3 tablespoon of oil and fry onions,garlic,ginger,chillies and capsicum.
- Then salt,pepper,turmeric and chopped tomato. Th
- Then ads the fried fish as well as soy sause,tomato sause and sugar. Finally add sugar and remove from heat.
- Remember to stir well.
