- Once the tomatoes is dried up add knorr cube, crayfish and salt if necessary stir and add little water then pour in rice, stir and cover pot
- Once the water is dried up and the rice is tender turn off heat and serve
- Heat up frying pan and add teaspoon of veg oil; once the oil is hot, break egg into the frying pan and allow it fry through and flip over to the other side once it fry through
- Serve rice with fried egg.
