- 1 tsp garlic paste

- Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt & a pinch of black pepper.
- Add to the heated oil in the frying pan and whisk well. Set aside.
- In a large pan, add the veg oil and heat, then add the cumin seeds, soon as they start popping, add the onions & fry til transparent.
- Add the garlic paste, fry a little then toss in all the vegetables, vinegar, salt, soy sauce & a pinch of blackpepper and fry for about 6-7 minutes.
- Add the egg & mix well.
- Lastly add the boiled rice and mix everything well.
