  1. Prep Topping Ingredients: finely blend the bread slices using a food processor. Mix thoroughly with paprika, lemon zest and cheese. Season and set aside

And cook in the oven for 10-15mins. Till golden brown. Top with bacon and onion mix and return back to the oven for 2 mins approx.
  6. For the Side: shallow fry sugarsnaps and chill. Add light soy sauce and season.
