- Once cool enough to handle, halve Brussel sprouts
- Mince garlic cloves to desired size (larger pieces end in a crunchier end texture)
- In a large pan on medium heat, add olive oil and garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Then add halved Brussel sprouts
- Turn heat up to medium high and cook, stirring/flipping semi frequently. But leave sprouts in place long enough to develop browned/ slightly charred outsides
- Once Brussel sprouts have browned outsides and the garlic pieces have turned dark brown, take off heat. Season with salt to taste
- Serve
