The ingredients needed to make Tuna Pasta:
  1. 4 servings desired Pasta
  2. 2 cans (5 oz each) Tuna drained
  3. 1 can (8 oz) Sliced Mushrooms drained
  4. 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  5. 1 tsp Ground (Cayenne) Red Pepper
  6. 1 tsp Chili Powder
  7. 1 tsp Parsley

  1. In one pot, boil water and fully cook pasta. Then strain. I prefer using Linguine noodles.
  2. In a skillet, while pasta is cooking, add Oil and Tuna, stir to mix together. Cook on medium heat.
  3. Add all four Spices and Mushrooms then stir together. Cook completely.
  4. Add 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice and 2 Tbsp of Vinegar then let simmer until liquids are mostly gone.
  5. Top tuna mix on pasta. Splash with desired amount of lemon juice and vinegar and enjoy!
