  2. 100 g grated cheddar cheese
  3. 100 g bread crumbs

Steps to make Macaroni cheese:

Meanwhile melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour to make a roux, gradually add milk and stir until thickened and silky,add most of the grated cheddar and half of the Parmesan, mustard powder and celery salt. Mix well until smooth. Pour over cooked macaroni. Sprinkle over bread crumbs, Parmesan and remaining cheddar. Bake at 190 for 30-45 minutes until golden brown
