Instructions to make Chocolate cake:
- Sieve all the dry ingredients
- Using an electric beater cream bb and sugar til creamy add eggs one by one beating after each addition
- Add flour in three portions alternating with butter milk+ vanilla essence folding gently with a wooden spatula after each addition
- Bake until done Tip: put water in stainless steel glass besides the cake in the oven helps with moisture helping the cake to rise evenly.
- Tip I added some milk powder to my butter cream for a milky flavor so u can reduce ur icing sugar and replace with milk powder like half a cup that way u end up with less sweet butter cream which sometimes tends to b too sweat
